The Neckarstadt is split into West and Ost and is Mannheim's creative heart. Between Mittelstrasse and Lange Roetterstrasse, the Alter Messplatz square and the Neckar promenade, subculture, the music scene and a vibrant mix of bars, kiosks and restaurants come together.
