District
Rheinau
The southernmost district on the Rhine, with the Rheinauhafen, a lido beach, its own village core and a mix of housing, industry and nature.
Rheinau is Mannheim's southernmost district and sits directly on the Rhine. An independent village core around Relaisstrasse, the Rheinauhafen as an industrial anchor, the Rheinauer Strandbad lido for local recreation and a long Rhine embankment for cycling and walking define the area. A strong sense of community is supported by the district's own clubs and schools.
